Training Center : Core Fundamentals (Level 1)
The Power Plate Core Fundamentals Academy has been developed to allow Personal Trainers, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, Therapists, and Medical Practitioners to understand the science and application of Acceleration Training. This is a REPS approved lecture and hands on program. The theory includes; biomechanics, neurophysiology, and introduction to the Acceleration Training Pyramid™ (ATP) program design methodologies. The Practical portion covers hands on exercise progressions and application of ATP™ training templates in Movement Preparation, Coordination, Core & Pillar, Strength, and Regeneration. Attendees will leave with easy to use handouts of the program templates and exercise progressions.
