Training Center : Fitness & Performance II
The Power Plate Fitness & Performance II Academy has been developed for practitioners of acceleration training who have successfully completed the Power Plate Core Fundamentals Academy. This REPS approved program will further develop the theoretical and applied knowledge of advanced neurophysiology, ATP methodology, and integrated program design. Students will become skilled in applying Power Plate for optimal health and performance using advanced training protocols such as strength complex / contrast, hypertrophy, and power contrast training. This workshop also includes over 2 hours of case studies on program design and practical coaching.
This course is REPS accredited (Register of Exercise Professionals) and successful attendees will receive 10 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) points
